Reed McAtee, O.D. is an optometrist, whose focus is providing medical optometric care. He works closely with our ophthalmologists and staff to provide the most up-to-date and quality eye care available in the region. Dr. McAtee provides pre- and post-operative surgical care, triages emergent patient needs, and monitors diabetic and glaucoma patients. His collaborative work with the ophthalmologists at Fry Eye has been key to improving patient access to high quality eye care. He has been a part of Fry Eye Associates since 2018.

Dr. McAtee owns and practices at Ulysses EyeCare, a private practice in Ulysses, KS.

He and his wife Callie are natives of Southwestern Kansas, both growing up in Lakin, KS. They have two children, Haven and Trace.
